Summary

I’ve been immersed in eCommerce and Web Development since 2009 and Amazon Seller Central since 2017. I joined a startup and have been working in the Amazon Marketplace for 5 1/2 years, creating products, A+ content, and overall managing catalogs of four different Amazon stores. My duties cover a broad range of eCommerce related tasks, I see what needs to be done and I work with the related internal department or take care of it myself. I not only manage all eCommerce but I create content, both copy and graphics, and respond to sales or help tickets within 24 hours of receipt, both B2B and B2C.

My interpersonal strengths are all forms of communication: account management, digital and telephone correspondence, public speaking and ‘one-to-one’ or ‘one-to-many’ training. Throughout My professional career I’ve gained a thorough understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, eBay, Wish, Stripe, WooCommerce, WordPress, HTML, CSS, PHP, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Pages, Numbers and Keynote.

Joined a startup on the ground level to help build a basement brand into four separate care packages companies managing 3+ million in sales a year and shipping 15,000+ packages a month: The Care Crate Co. / My College Crate / My Hero Crate / Happy Pet Crate

Amazon Seller Central and Marketplace Guru:

  • Product Listings – Acquire SKUs, write product titles, descriptions, key product features, keywords, search terms and technical product details. Create new listings, modify current listings, and insure all fields are correctly input.
  • A+ Content – Create and optimize A+ on my own or collaborate with graphics and content teams to highlight product specs in a brand cohesive and user-friendly storyboard.
  • Amazon Storefront – Continually analyze sales arrange products on main pages, sub pages and rotate seasonal products.
  • Amazon Account Health – Work with Amazon cases regarding Product Policy Compliance, Search Suppression, and Detail Page Removals by sticking to Amazon’s guidelines, as well as expired FBA inventory, returned products, negative reviews and answer buyer questions.
  • Optimization / CRO – Modify products to gain higher conversions rates/sales using analytics such as competitors listings, competitor product testing, A/B testing and keyword research.
  • eCommerce Manager – Maintain stores across multiple platforms – Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Wish, WordPress, WooCommerce and Square.

  • 3PL – In the process of building these brands, created a third party shipping and logistics company. The Care Crate Brand’s warehouse also house and ship products for multiple Amazon retailers.
  • Deaning” – When a task have a lot of moving parts, has run off track, needs optimization, etc… this is the term to hand off a project to me so it can be addressed in a mythodical and timely manor. Yes, even the owner writes this in company-wide emails!
